Internal Journal
YICT World is YICT's internal journal for promoting the corporate culture. As a communicative channel, the journal covers, as its focal topics, the development of the company and the industry in general, employees' life at work and outside work, and anecdotes. YICT World enables the staff to understand the goals and the development of the company, to express themselves and bring their talents into play. This platform allows the staff to respect and understand each other and to share each others' thoughts and insights. Staff may contribute their works to the committee. Once the manuscript is accepted, a souvenir will be issued to the contributor.

Corporate Culture Week
Corporate culture sums up how all staff in a company think, behave and act. With a series of activities embodied with the themes of corporate concept and culture, Corporate Culture Week enables the staff to feel and understand YICT's corporate culture and core values so as to form common value concepts and to develop a basis for adhering to the corporate culture among the staff. In this way, the staff will have a stronger sense of belonging, being a member of this large family at YICT.

Family Day
Without the joint effort and teamwork of all the staff and the support and contributions made by their family members behind the scenes, YICT would not have developed the way it is today at such an amazingly fast pace. The Family Day held once every year creates an opportunity for the staff and their families to enjoy a happy moment together, to feel and share in the happiness and good fortune from the rapid growth of the company. The event allows all employees and their families not only to experience the warmth of belonging to the big family at YICT, but also to see in advance the development potential provided by YICT to its entire staff. With these events, the company can extend special thanks and care to its staff and their families.

Spring Festival Party
We share progress with our staff and pay tribute to them for their efforts each year. We hence organise a Spring Festival Party, which is large in scale and rich in content. All the programmes were written, directed and acted by the gifted staff themselves, fully displaying their talents and enthusiasm for the arts. During the party, the staff can enjoy very much the delight of this big family at YICT as well as celebrate the coming festival with expectations of a promising future.

Departmental Communicative Activities
We believe that healthy group activities can enable staff to relax after work, strengthen the sense of teamwork, widen their vision and enhance mutual cooperation and understanding; many such activities are organised at YICT. Each year, the company allocates a budget to each department for group activities. Such activities help strengthen mutual communication among staff and relieve work-related stress.
