On-campus recruitment schemes are part of YICT's "Fundamental Project" and "Acceleration Project for People Development". During the recruitment phase, staff from our Human Resources Department (HRD) will visit colleges and universities around China to sign up fresh graduates. We design the recruitment examinations based on both the graduates¡¯ attributes and skills and the job requirements in order to comprehensively evaluate the overall quality of the applicants taking part in the scheme. Through our people development training, graduate recruits with the strength and motivation to achieve will soon form the backbone of either basic-or-middle-level management or technicians in YICT.
Selection Principle HRD is in charge of overall planning, management and implementation of the recruitment process. Insisting on the selection principle that "the right one is the best" and on the application of our core values as major criteria, we make thorough assessments of the professional knowledge and level of English comprehension required for each and every position in the company. As such, we are able to select the right applicants who meet YICT's requirements.
