In line with the company¡¯s further development, YICT's Human Resources Department (HRD) holds occasional on-site recruitment to attract talent. Priority is given to some positions in great demand. Besides interviews, a series of post-related examinations will also be conducted during the recruitment procedure.
Selection Principle HRD is in charge of overall planning, management, and implementation of recruitment. Insisting on the selection principle that "the right one is the best" and on the application of our core values as major criteria, we make thorough assessments of the professional knowledge and level of English comprehension required for each and every position in the company. As such, we are able to select the right applicants who meet YICT's requirements.
