Salary Package
Regarding the staff as the most valuable resource, YICT provides a full set of market-competitive systems including salary, welfare and bonus. The package is tightly linked to personal performance through an encouraging system and a salary review system in order to ensure more recognition and encouragement for the staff. Besides salaries, we also provide an attractive team-work merit bonus monthly, a half-year outstanding individual bonus and a year-end bonus. We believe that the staff will work more actively and efficiently when their high performance is recognised and rewarded.

Reward Projects
Once you join the YICT family, you will have numerous opportunities to be a YICT star. We have launched many reward projects to recognise every outstanding employee and to set an example for all staff. These include the In-time Issuing Award, the Outstanding Performance Award, the General Manager Award and the Peak-season Incentive Initiatives. These help to recognise staff through incentives and bonuses in both spiritual and physical terms.

Welfare

  • Social Insurance: insurance set out by the government including pension, medical insurance, on-job injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, supplementary pension for all staff.

  • Commercial Supplementary Insurance: such as accident injury insurance, hospitalisation insurance, business trip accident insurance for all staff.

  • Special allowance: for the occasions of celebrating the Mid-Autumn Day and Spring Festival, birthday, marriage and new baby, compensating for harsh work during high temperatures, and compensation for sickness and work injury and bereavement.

  • Difficulty Support: expressing solicitude and sympathy, and providing financial aid when misfortune happens to a member of staff or his/her family.

  • Paid Leave: Besides statutory days offs, public holidays, marriage vacations, maternity leave, family planning leave, and nursing leave, every employee is entitled to enjoy 12-18 day annual leave with pay according to different post levels and the years they have served in YICT after probation.

  • Life Welfare: YICT provides staff with meal allowance, shuttle buses for personnel to and from work, a canteen service, health check-ups, particular health check-ups for personnel working outdoors in high temperatures, department activities, and free sport and entertainment facilities, including billiards, a gymnasium room, a table tennis room, a basketball court, an internet caf¨¦ and a library.

  • Study Subsidy: Through individual application and recommendation by the corresponding departments and the company, the staff can join in the study subsidy project and gain appropriate financial support for tuition fees.

  • Staff Children's Scholarship: Employees may apply for relevant scholarships, with certain terms, for their children.

  • Staff Children's Grant-in-aid: Employees may apply for grants-in-aid, according to certain criteria, for their children's education (from primary school to university studies).

Office Hours
YICT implements two kinds of work hours.

  • Administration: 8 hours per day * five working days with regular office hours: 08:30-17:30 including one hour for lunch.

  • Operations: adopting a shift system, that is, calculating the total work time, which is 40 hours on average per week for every 6 or 12 weeks
