The Port Services Administration Department (PAD) is responsible for assisting customers with declaration issues.

Declaration Service Team
The Declaration Service Team deals with the pre-declaration of international transshipment and empty containers as and when required. It also assists customers and YICT itself in dealing with any matters relating to customs clearance and offers a consulting service on related issues.

The team has a Port Service Call Log system which is able to record all services required by customers and to follow up these requirements in time with designated personnel.

Port Adminstration Research Team
The team studies YICT's current working procedures with the port administration. It co-ordinates with the port administration to push on with reforms.
