The Customer Service Team (CST) aims to provide a one-stop quality customer service to shipping lines. CST coordinates day-to-day customer enquiries and provides prompt responses. The team's primary goal is to efficiently satisfy their customer's requirements.

Logistics Centre
LEGO Shipping Shuttle Service provides a daily feeder service from Monday to Saturday between Hong Kong and Yantian. The Logistics Centre is responsible for the operations of the shuttle services at Yantian.
