Internal Journal
YICT Feng Cai is YICT's internal journal promoting corporate culture. As a communicative channel, the journal focuses on the development of the company and the industry in general, and employees' life both inside and outside of work. Staff contributions are also welcome and can be submitted to the editorial committee of the journal.

Family Day
Family Day creates an opportunity for all staff and their families to enjoy a happy occasion together, to share in the joy and good fortune arising from the growing success of the company.

Spring Festival Party
At the party, staff share and very much enjoy in the delight of the entire YICT family, as well as celebrate the coming festival with expectations of a promising future. Nearly all the party programmes are written, directed and played by the gifted staff themselves, fully displaying their talents and enthusiasm for the arts.

Departmental Communicative Activities
Each year, the company allocates a budget to each department to organise group activities which help strengthen communication among staff.

External Communicative Activities
YICT holds joint activities every year with government units, associations, hospitals and other container terminals for cultural or information exchange and for promoting mutual communication.
