Yantian receives 2017 Science and Technology Award

In January 2018, Hutchison Ports Yantian (Yantian) received the 2017 Science and Technology Award (First Prize) from the China Water Transportation Construction Association for its research into and application of shore power technology.

The annual award honours organisations that make significant contributions to scientific and technological progress in China’s water transportation construction industry. Yantian is the only terminal operator in China to have won the award.
