On 11 May, the Chongqing Logistics Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, COSCO Logistics and YICT jointly launched a Chongqing-Shenzhen Container Rail Service Promotion Seminar at YICT. More than 100 representatives from shipping lines, shippers and forwarders were present at the event. The attendees were given detailed introductions to this service which features great support from the Chongqing government, strong guarantee in five-scheduled transportation, and high container freight station security, among many others.
Since it was launched in April 2010, the Chongqing-Shenzhen container rail service has received wide recognition from customers and become a fast and efficient gateway for the local imports and exports.
