On 20 May 2008, YICT collected a sum of over RMB 3.05 million to help the Sichuan earthquake victims. Of the total donation, the company contributed RMB 2 million, and its staff including those from its subcontractors RMB539,122. Moreover, a number of the employees donated their staff activities budgets, which totaled RMB511,560, through the company's Sports & Entertainment Committee.
