On 25 May 2007, the Labour Union of YICT held its first members' representatives convention, in which the first Committee and the first Funds Auditing Committee were elected by the votes of 141 members' representatives.
YICT has more than 2,500 employees, of which 2,225 have become the first members of the union. 141 representatives, 18 Committee members and five Funds Auditing Committee members were elected through votes carried out by secret ballot.
The labour union of YICT will conduct activities in accordance with the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China and will protect the legitimate rights and interests of its members following relevant laws and regulations.
