Maersk Launches New Asia Service IA5SB at YICT

On 2 April, the Intra Asia 5 South Bound (IA5SB) Service, a new Asia service operated by Maersk, made its first call at Yantian. Three 3,000-TEU vessels are deployed to the new route, following a port rotation of Hong Kong, Yantian, Ho Chi Minh, Sihanoukville, Laem Chabang, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Shanghai, Osaka, Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya and Kaohsiung.
