On 19 September 2009, 50 YICT staff members took part in the events organised by Shenzhen Blue Ocean Conservation Association for "International Clean-Up Day 2009" at Jinshawan, Nanao Town of Shenzhen. The events included a vow to protect environment, beach cleaning-up and activities to promote environmental awareness among participants.
