On 18 April 2018, Yantian hosted a communication session for the region’s major importers. More than 200 guests, including importers, third-party logistics providers and representatives from related government departments, attended the event.
With the theme“ Partnering for a Better Future”, representatives from Yantian and port supervisory authorities brought the guests up to date on the terminal’s service strengths as well as the related policies and regulations for importing goods. Importers also gave updates on their import businesses and the success they have achieved through Yantian. Patrick Lam, Managing Director of Yantian, was present at the function and addressed the attendees.
