On 9 June 2018, YANTIAN held a ceremony at Liling, Hunan Province to celebrate the official launch of its inland container depot at Liling. Dong Yanze, Deputy Director-General of the Port, Shipping and Cargo Transportation Administration Bureau of Shenzhen; Zhou Yue, Deputy director of Department of Commerce of Hunan Province attended the ceremony.
The new depot will provide inland customers with YANTIAN’s intermodal services, further optimise the logistics gateway for inbound and outbound container traffic between Shenzhen and Liling.
