At the birthday party featuring “Wonderful Moment at YANTIAN”, representatives of the staff members watched the video show specially made for the event, enjoying the wonderful moment of YANTIAN’s development over the past 27 years and recalling how much they have grown together with the company and their colleagues.

Patrick Lam, Managing Director of YANTIAN, said in his opening speech, "Over the past 27 years, our colleagues have grown together with YANTIAN, having successful career and happy families. Here, I would like to thank everyone for your efforts in this special year of 2020. Thank you all for working together to turn crisis into opportunity. 27 years old is the time of youthful vigor and vitality for YANTIAN. In the forthcoming years, we shall power ahead with vigor and resilience to brave new waves and charter a new course. "

Afterwards, Patrick and his management team presented awards to the staff members who had performed excellently in a variety of positions.

In the series of contests for the 27th Anniversary of YANTIAN, the staff members took an active part and used their creativity and talent to celebrate the growth of the company and appreciate their colleagues for their time together. Those who stood out in the contests were also honored at the awards ceremony.

At the end of the party, everyone sang the “Happy Birthday to You” song and cut the cake together to wish YANTIAN a happy birthday. Then, birthday meals were distributed to all the employees to share the happy moment.

Over the past 27 years, YANTIAN has made steady progress in creating a world-class port and constantly improving itself in terms of terminal operational capabilities and customer services. It has evolved from a quiet harbor into one of the busiest container terminals in the world. We are grateful to all our partners, and let's continue to forge ahead together in the future.
