On 28 July 2006, Mr. Kenneth Tse, Director and General Manager of YICT, handed over a cheque for RMB three million to Mayor Xu Zongheng at an emergency donation meeting held by the Shenzhen Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment to help relieve the disaster in Guangdong province.
Moreover, YICT staff have voluntarily donated close to RMB50,000 as well. Guangdong province suffered tremendous losses from heavy rain due to Typhoon Bilis this summer. With this donation, YICT indicates our resolve to contribute our efforts and assist the people in the disaster areas to get through their troubles as quickly as possible.
