On 15 March 2002, YICT organised a promotional function on Multi-Mode Transportation at the Sunshine Hotel of Shenzhen. YICT briefed our customers on the current situation of China Railway Transportation, YICT's Railway Container Services, Customs Clearance Procedures and Inland Cargo Sources, and answered their questions at the meeting.
Through this exchange, YICT gained a better understanding of the customers' needs. In accordance with these requirements, we will tailor-make our services to provide fast and convenient multi-mode transportation services for the customers who are interested to develop railway cargo business in the huge market of inland China.
About 50 persons from 12 world-renown shipping lines attended the function. Furthermore, YICT is planning to host another similar function for shipping agencies and shippers on 25 March. We hope to continuously improve our service quality through mutual communication so as to meet any new market requirements.
The shipping lines attended the function are APL, China Shipping, CMA, COSCO, Evergreen, Hyundai, Lego, Maersk, Mosk, NYK, OOCL and P&O.
