New World Alliance Launches the Fifth US Service at YICT

On 9 June 2002, "MOL Vantage" under MOL berthed at YICT to commence New World Alliance's new PSV service. 

MOL has deployed six about-5,000-TEU container vessels on the route. "MOL Vantage", the embarking vessel, is 293.99 metres long with the shipping capacity of 4,800 TEU. This new service is scheduled to call at Yantian every Sunday. The calling routing follows the sequence of Yantian, Hong Kong, San Pedro, Vancouver, Seattle, Tokyo, Nagoya, Kobe, Kaohsiung and Hong Kong.
